The Website Terms of Use apply to the use of the Website and the content contained therein by any means of communication.

The works presented on the site are accompanied by images intended for illustration only. There may be deviations in color, hue and proportions between the images displayed on an electronic monitor and the actual product provided.
The content and works presented on the site are wholly and exclusively owned by the gallery and / or the creator and do not actually enter the site to grant any license and / or any right therein.
This site uses cookie files and internal statistics interfaces to keep anonymous statistical records of users and
their traffic analysis, website browsing habits, click analysis and staying time.
If there is a defect in the Artwork, which is the responsibility of the gallery, the buyer must contact the gallery in writing for examination. Artwork that is found to be defective, where the defect is the responsibility of the gallery and does not result from the actions of the outside company and / or damage caused by the use of the buyer, the buyer may receive the full amount paid for the artwork, after returning the artwork to the gallery. It is hereby clarified that no cause of compensation will be established for the above matter.
The laws applicable to the use of the Website will be the laws of the State of Israel only. The exclusive jurisdiction of any matter arising from the use of the Website will be vested in the competent courts in Tel Aviv.
There may be exceptional cases of errors regarding information about the works on the site including their price. These errors are in good faith, resulting from human error and / or typos. It is clarified that in these cases, the user will not be able to enjoy the mistake and he will be entitled to purchase the work at the right price.

Shipping :
The shipping cost is not included in the Artwork price as stated on the website. The artwork can be collected independently from the gallery, in advance.

Shipping time will be up to 21 business days, with the exception of exceptional cases which will be specified if necessary. The 21 business days will start from the moment you receive the order confirmation and the actual payment is made. It is clarified that Fridays, Saturdays, holiday evenings and national holidays will not be included in business days
The Artwork is shipped through an external courier company, and will follow its policies and procedures. If it becomes clear that according to the policy of the shpping company, the Artwork cannot be delivered to the buyer at the place of delivery, and no other suitable solution is found, the gallery may cancel the transaction. The buyer will be entitled to receive his money back by means of the payment with which he made the original order. It is clarified that the buyer will not have a right to compensation of any kind due to the cancellation of the transaction.
In the event of a delay in delivery due to force majeure and / or events not controlled by the Gallery, the Gallery will notify the Buyer of the delay and allow him to choose between receipt of the artwork at another time and cancellation of the transaction and restitution of the amount paid by the Buyer.
The Artwork presented on the Website may not be used for any other work and / or a derivative work and / or for adapting or converting the works into another type of work and should not be included in any work.
